Sunday night and Monday morning ...

Sunday was an unsettled day of weather, with rain and some thunder - but not as dramatic as the forecast had suggested.

Monday dawned bright, and we drove up to the walled town of Castiglione for coffee, and a walk down to their medieval (13th cent.) bridge.
