Cutigliano ...

On Tuesday, we went up the valley from Bagni di Lucca to visit the little town of Cutigliano.  We had a fine walk, and, hearing what we thought were church bells in te distance, soon encountered some quadrupeds which are commonly seen in Orkney, but are the first we have seen in our area here - cows!  There was a herd of four, tranquilly grazing the short grass of the viewpoint at the end of our walk.
