To Barga

We went down to Barga to have a look at the market, and on the way saw a beautiful hazel tree resplendent with all its catkins.

    I love the Hazel tree. I was going to say please give us future pictures in different seasons and was particularly thinking of the tree with nuts. But that might not be possible

      We have seen nuts, but not frequently - never eaten one off a tree certainly - seen them on the ground a few times ... Leaves, yes of course - but only in autumn! Doubt I'll be able to comply this spring!
